Compensation Operations Dashboard
The comp ops team needs to know if the plans are achieving the results for which they were designed.
- Compensation per Plan: Is the relation between different plans' comp expenses what is expected?
- Compensation vs. Attainment: Quota, attainment, and compensation shown for each month. View for selected plans and components or all plans total.
- Compensation per Component: Bars show amounts paid out for each component; sales rank also shown to see if comp amounts line up with sales.
- Compensation / Sales: Bar charts for total compensation and total sales. View for selected plans and components or all plans total.
Compensation Administration Dashboard
Comp admins need quick answers to support daily administration of commission payments and field questions from sales.
- Compensation by Month: IShow compensation and payee count - helps admin judge if data is missing.
- Transactions: Total sales by month for a selected plan including comparison to previous mount and same month of the previous year. Hover over a point to see number of transactions.
- Compensation per Plan: Period-to-date compensation totals and number of payees for each plan type.
- Calculation Timer: The amount of time (in minutes) that the calculation process took.
