Rob Unterberger to Build Channels and Develop Strategic Partnerships

Iconixx, the first company to deliver a cloud based, on-demand, Total Compensation offering through its Sales Performance Management and Incentive Compensation Management solutions, today announced Rob Unterberger has joined the company as Director, Channel Partnerships. Unterberger, an industry veteran with more than 15 years experience with enterprise software companies, will lead Iconixx’s channel and strategic partner initiatives. “Iconixx continues to experience tremendous growth”, says Bruce Jackson, President and COO for Iconixx. “Since the beginning of the year we have expanded our sales and marketing team, and added experienced professionals to our activation team, in preparation for continued fast-growth in 2013. Rob brings valuable experience building and expanding strategic relationships within partner channels for leading software firms and will be an instrumental addition the team as Iconixx continues our ascent to becoming the market leader in sales performance management and incentive compensation.” A seasoned executive in the enterprise software arena, Unterberger comes to Iconixx from Dell where he was Global Alliance Manager responsible for end-to-end strategy and execution of Dell’s Strategic Alliance relationship in the mid-market and large institution markets worldwide. Previously, Unterberger held senior channel positions with AMD and IBM.
